- Some are Certified Professional Estimators (CPE’s). The highest level accredited Nationally.
- All are Construction Professionals with 15 plus years experience.

BP 101 - Introductory Blue Print Reading 
BluePrint Reading 101 – Everything you need to know to READ Blueprints and understand what they mean.. This is the very basic course. What types of Blue Prints are around, how to read them, as well as Scales and how to use them.

  • Understand the arrangement of blueprints by trades

  • Find trade information in blueprints

  • Be able to read blueprints at the end of the class

  • Understand different scales (architectural and engineering)

Ideal for Sales people, construction related support staff, new assistants.
NO minimum requirements, all information
considered as novice.

ES 101 - Introductory Estimating 
Estimating 101Everything you need to know to start Estimating. This is the very basic starter course. Plans, Documents review, Bidding requirements, setting up the Estimate, reviewing and checking.

  • What types of estimates are there

  • How to organize an estimate

  • How to do takeoffs

  • Understand man-hour and unit cost estimates

  • What is overhead

  • OST vs. yellow pad of paper

Ideal for new Estimators, Project Managers, Sales people. Min. requirements are a good Math. background, GED level or better.

IBP 201 - Intermediate Blue Print Reading 
Intermediate BluePrint Reading 201 – Intermediate Blue Print Reading. Includes Construction documents and plans, recognizing the elements within the project and the associated inter-relationships. Construction materials and CSI Divisions and their relationships. 

Recommended for Junior or basic Estimators, Project Managers, Sales people. Min. requirements are a good Math. background and Level 1 courses or
equivalent training.

IES 201 - Intermediate Estimating 
Intermediate Estimating 201
Intermediate Estimating. Includes Construction documents and plans, recognizing the elements within the project and the associated inter-relationships. Focusing on the CSI Divisions and managing the process. 

  • How to price general conditions

  • Create man hour estimates and unit price estimates

  • Prepare quantity estimates using the CSI divisions

  • Review labor rates

  • Review the 80% vs. 20% role

  • What can get you into trouble and how not it do it

Recommended for Junior or basic Estimators, Project Managers, Sales people. Min. requirements are a good Math. background, blueprint reading and Level 1 courses or
equivalent training.

Interior Finishes-201

Morning class - general instruction on take off, proper material utilization, assemblies.
PM classes- 3 track options: Drywall/Framing, Stucco,or ACT/flooring

Recommended for 2nd level estimators.
